Rental Terms

Rental Overview

By selecting the
Monthly Rental option, you are renting the water dispenser for $9.99 per month.
Your first order includes one-time delivery of the dispenser to your home or
business. No additional deliveries are required unless service or replacement
is requested.

Billing & Subscription

• Rental fee is
billed monthly on the same date as your original order.

• Billing continues
until the dispenser is returned and the rental subscription is canceled.

• You may cancel
anytime by contacting us or submitting a cancellation request through your
account.

Delivery & Setup

• Your first
subscription order includes the delivery of the dispenser.

• Future monthly
charges do not include additional deliveries.

• Optional:
professional setup or placement may be available depending on location.

Care & Use

• The dispenser must
be used according to standard operating instructions.

• Please keep the
dispenser clean and free from damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Returns & Cancellation

• To end your
rental, the dispenser must be returned in good working condition.

• Once returned, we
will cancel the subscription and stop all future billing.

• If a deposit was
collected, it will be refunded after the dispenser is inspected.

Damage or Loss

If the dispenser is
lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond normal wear, a replacement fee may
apply. This fee will never exceed the full retail replacement value.
